TOTAL CALORIE INTAKE: 300 Calories Eaten )= Extremely sad! i felt like the chicken wrap screwed me over!

Morning: 1 slice of an english muffin with a 1/2 teaspoon of butter
Snack: Granola Bar
Lunch: Half a wrap plus a pickle
Snack: Other half of wrap. (WRAP HAS TURKEY CHEESE MUSHROOMS & LETTUCE)
Dinner: 1 cup of Chicken ceaser salad
No Dessert.
Only drank water.
Im starting off slow.
But I havnt eaten that much.
I have no energy. )=
But I know the anorexia...
